At Zodmarixmmvor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• The plant must be in its original condition, with no significant damage
• Original packaging should be retained if possible, though not required
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• You must contact us before returning the item

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email or phone to notify us of your intention to return the item
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and authorization
4. Package the plant securely to prevent damage during transit
5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective plant, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Plants that have been damaged due to improper care or handling by the customer
• Plants returned after the 14-day return period
• Plants returned without proof of purchase
• Custom or special order plants unless defective

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for different plant varieties of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange your plant, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, damage during shipping, or receiving the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our return policy. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
